Groundspeak Customer Service-
This is still hard for some geocachers to come to terms with, I have been enjoying caching using Geocaching.Com. As many insignificant protests as I have had in the past, they have been top notch as far as customer service goes.
After a year and half sabbatical geocaching off the grid, I am now geocaching on the radar as UndergroundSpeak. Yep, above ground as Underground. That being said, I was curious if I could merge my finds from my original account with my Underground account. I contacted the folks at Groundspeak and explained what I wanted to do, and they were very helpful in making it happen. It’s now official… I am above ground as Underground.
The Groundspeak applications are number one, bar none. The customer service was great. I don’t even think I will use most of the features that come along with a premium account, but I hope the 30 bucks goes into more R&D.
