I have given this some thought. I took the time to put my opinions aside and spoke with various cachers. I even spoke to a cacher I haven’t spoke to in years because of some silly rift we had. After gathering enough information to make a decision, UNDERGROUNDSPEAK.COM will be a pro Groundspeak website used to advance the sport/hobby of geocaching.
That being said, media presented will be about supporting geocaching.com and less about bringing down other sites dedicated to geocaching. I am of the opinion the negative aspects of such discussions can only be used as arguments against the geocaching community as a whole. That does not mean you will not see links or articles to other geocaching websites here. It does mean UNDERGROUNDSPEAK recognizes the contribution geocaching.com has made to our sport/hobby and it will be supported here.
Over the next 48 hours I will cull posts, information, and that which does not reflect that statement.
The only posts which I will allow to remain are those with links citing specific topics of discussion about the current Groundspeak/Garmin debate.
